MIAMI-A03 Hardware Failure

Miami-a03 Reboot: We experienced a raid-controller failure, server was shutdown for a few minutes for maintenance, and all Webbies are back online.

DNS Issues

A few of our users reported having connectivity problems, out to the internet. After investigating this issue, it seemed to be a DNS issue.

Update: DNS Issues have been fixed.

DOS Attack Miami-A

There is a DoS underway in this moment which may be affecting some users. They may experience packet loss to their Webbies or to the Webby Manager.

We are working on resolving this quickly

Update: 6:30am Saturday (GMT) – DoS is still affecting some of our customers, protection is in place and should be getting better.

Update: 8:50am Saturday (GMT) – Blocks are now in place and its better now, we’ll keep monitoring the situation.

MIAMI-A05: Emergency Maintenance

We ran into a failed RAID card controller failure. We are currently replacing the faulty card and webbies will be back momentarily.

Update: Maintenance has been completed and all webbies are coming  back online.

Maintenance: Webby Manager

We are running a quick maintenane on the Webby Manager starting at 4:30AM EST.

Update: As of 4:55AM EST Maintenance has now been completed.

Ajax console under Maintenance.

We are working on fixing a few issues on the Ajax console, we will update this post as soon as it is up again.

Maintenance: Webby Manager

We have begun maintenance on the Webby Manager. It will be unavailable until 3PM EST.

Scheduled Manintenance

We will be doing some maintenance on servers mia-01 and mia-03, and they will be unavailable. I will update this post once we have finished.
